Processing:
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We do not process or ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 4-8 business days with Standard Shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates:
-FREE Standard Shipping on all orders $75 and above.
-Expedited shipping is available and calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected delivery speed.

Please Note:
We currently only ship within the continental United States.

Wish Upon is not responsible for:
-Shipping delays caused by the carrier, postal service, or customer-related errors.
-Lost or damaged items in transit. Please file a claim directly with the shipping provider.
-Orders marked as delivered by the shipping provider. You need to contact your local post office or carrier for help locating your package.
-Packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer entry errors at checkout.
-Undeliverable packages or those returned to sender.
