Shipping

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We do not process or ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. It typically takes 4-8 business days after processing to receive your order with Standard Shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

• FREE standard shipping for orders $50 and above. 
• Expedited shipping is available and calculated by shipping provider at check-out based on customer information provided such as destination and speed of delivery desired. 

Wish Upon is NOT responsible for:

• Delays with shipping due to Post Office, Shipping Provider or Customer error(s).
• Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. Please contact the Shipping Provider to make a claim. 
• Products marked delivered by the Post Office or Shipping Provider. You will need to contact your local Post Office or the Shipping Provider to obtain information regarding your package once delivered. 
• Packages delivered to the wrong address due to information entered incorrectly by the Customer at checkout.
• Undeliverable orders.
• Packages that have posted as delivered. Please contact Shipping Provider if you did not receive your package.
