Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:
-Unworn, unused, and in original condition
-Free of stains, damage, pet hair, odors (perfume, smoke) or signs of wear
-Returned with original tags attached
-Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt, gift receipt, or email order confirmation
Items that do not meet return eligibility standards may be declined.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:
-Intimate apparel, including bras and bralettes
-Bodysuits
-Swimwear
-Accessories, including jewelry, hats, scarves and hair clips
-Bath and body products
-Candles
-Special orders
-Sale and Clearance merchandise
In-Store Returns
Eligible in store purchases may be returned within 14 calendar days of purchase for a refund to the original form of payment.
Online Returns
Eligible online purchases may be returned within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery for a refund to the original form of payment, subject to inspection and approval.
Online Return Process
Please log in to your customer account to initiate a self serve return request.
Prepaid return labels are available through our return portal for $8, which will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non refundable.
Once received, returns are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days. You'll receive an email once complete. Unfortunately, we are unable to return or refund items sent in error or items that do not meet our return standards.
Items purchased with a gift card are eligible for store credit in the form of a Wish Upon E-Gift Card.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges for online orders.

Defective or Damaged Items
Please report defective or damaged items within 3 calendar days of delivery by emailing hello@wishuponmadison.com with photos and a description.
Claims submitted after 3 days or items that have been laundered may not be eligible for review.
The following do not qualify as defects:
-Damage caused by improper care, laundering, or misuse
-Normal wear
-Customer error
-Variations in color, print placement, or appearance due to lighting, photography, or screen settings
