Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells, or any signs that the item has been worn or used. The tags MUST be attached.
Certain items such as intimate apparel (bras and bralettes), bodysuits, swimwear, accessories (including jewelry and hair clips), special orders and Final Sale/Clearance items cannot be returned.
In-Store Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of your purchase date. Eligible items may be returned for a refund to your original form of payment.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of your delivery date. Eligible items may be returned for a refund to your original form of payment.
Online Return Process
Utilize your customer login to initiate and complete a self-serve return. The cost of a Return shipping label provided by Wish Upon is $8.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect and notify you via email of the status. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment minus the cost of the Return label*. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
*Items purchased with a gift card or store credit can only be returned for store credit in the form of a Wish Upon E-Gift Card.
Exchange Process
At this time we do not offer exchanges for online orders.

Prepaid labels are provided for $8 within our self-serve Return portal.
*We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure they reach us safely.

Defective or Damaged Items
Report any defective or damaged items within 3 days of delivery by emailing hello@wishuponmadison.com with photos and a description. Laundered items or reports after 3 days will not be accepted.
The following DO NOT qualify as defects:
-Improper care & handling/washed garments
-Customer error
-Variation of colors, prints and patterns due to photography, lighting and computer monitor/phone resolution.
